unit on the third floor with superb uninterrupted views up and down the
non-driving section of New Smyrna Beach. There is a large double balcony
accessed from the living area and master
bedroom, with very comfortable sun-beds and outdoor dining furniture.
Our New Smyrna Beach Condo Rental has a living
area with 42 inch flat screen TV, sleeper sofa, love seat and a leather recliner to enjoy the superb view. Cable TV is included and there is a DVD player with a surround sound system, and Free High Speed Internet.
There is a separate dining area and full
kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher - a laundry
room is available down the hall. The master
bedroom has a King size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower.The
second
bedroom has twin beds and a bathroom with tub/shower.
Guests have the use of a heated swimming pool, kiddie pool, sundeck, gas grills and shuffleboard. The local Supermarket is a 5 minute walk away. A good variety of shops, bars and restaurants are also very close.
Just sit on the balcony with a drink - it doesn't get
any better!
Enjoy great beach walks, cycle for miles, go turtle watching (seasonal),
stroll to 'Chases' New Smyrna's best beach bar, go fishing, swimming or surfing. Plus, we're only an hour from Orlando.
