The comfortable family living area has a 42" Flat-screen TV with Home Theatre System and DVD player - there is also FREE HIGH SPEED WIRELESS
INTERNET. Relax on the sleeper sofa, loveseat or Lazy Boy Recliner and enjoy being 30 feet from the sand! Just sit on the balcony with a drink - it doesn't get any better!
The master bedroom has a King size bed, a flatscreen TV/DVD and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has twin beds,
a flatscreen TV/DVD and a bathroom with tub/shower. All bedding and linens are provided - just bring your clothes and your toiletries.
There are beach chairs included and a variety of beach toys for younger children. All our Guests have the use of a large heated swimming pool, a shallow kiddie pool, a beachfront sundeck, and the shuffleboard court. There are gas grills and the pool cabana is available for family gatherings or special occasions.
The local Supermarket is a 5 minute walk away. A good variety of shops, bars and restaurants are also very close. Enjoy great beach walks, cycle for miles, go turtle watching (seasonal), stroll to 'Chases' New Smyrna's best beach bar, go fishing, swimming or surfing. Plus, we're only an hour from Orlando Attractions. What a package!
